Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from WellassaMart (wellassamart.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our online portal.

2. Pricing, Products & Currency

• All product pricing and shipping charges are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR / Rs.).
• Prices, product descriptions, and stock availability are subject to periodic review. We endeavor to ensure all catalog details are accurate; however, unintentional typographical or system pricing errors will be resolved prior to dispatch.
• All final purchase totals (subtotal, delivery fees, applied discounts, and optional COD fees) are verified and calculated authoritatively by our secure server.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is finalized when your order is confirmed via electronic confirmation (email/SMS) and assigned an official tracking identifier formatted as WM-YYYYMMDD-XXXX.

4. Payment Terms

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is collected in cash by our assigned courier upon parcel handover at your delivery address. Please prepare the exact invoice total.
• Bank Transfer: Bank deposits or online transfers must reference your assigned order number. A clear digital receipt or slip must be submitted via the portal. Orders are packed only after financial verification.
• PayHere.lk Online Payments: Credit/Debit card transactions are processed securely via PayHere. Orders are confirmed automatically upon real-time IPN signature validation.

5. Delivery & Courier Handover

Delivery is fulfilled through contracted third-party domestic courier providers (e.g., Domex, Pronto, Certis Lanka) covering all 25 districts of Sri Lanka. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon physical parcel handover by the courier.

6. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel an order free of charge while it remains in pending status before parcel packaging commences. Once an order is packed or shipped, standard return terms apply.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sri Lanka.
